Air fryers vary by brand, model, basket size and wattage. Stated temperatures and times are a reliable starting point based on standard home air fryers, but you should check food a little early the first time you make any recipe, especially with a different appliance.
Cook meat, poultry, seafood and eggs to a safe internal temperature — for example, chicken should reach 74°C (165°F) at its thickest point — regardless of the time stated in a recipe. Use a food thermometer where safety is a concern, and check the thickest piece before serving.
Nutrition figures are estimates and this site's recipes are for general cooking guidance, not dietary, medical or nutritional advice. If you have allergies, a medical condition, or specific dietary needs, check ingredients carefully and consult a qualified professional as needed.
Recipes are reviewed before publishing, but Fridge to Fryer cannot guarantee a specific result in every kitchen, and is not responsible for outcomes from following a recipe.
