Ingredients

  • 900g chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chilli paste) (optional)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1 clove garlic (minced), salt, sesame seeds to finish

Steps

  1. Pat wings dry and toss with a little oil and salt.
  2. Air fry at 200°C for 20–22 min, flipping halfway, until skin is crisp and cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, garlic and sesame oil into a glaze.
  4. Toss the hot wings in the glaze and air fry 2–3 more minutes to set.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
