Air fry haldiram samosa at 180°C (356°F) for 12 minutes.
Haldiram samosas run thicker and denser than most other frozen brands, so if a recipe's times look short, it's probably written for a thinner brand, not this one.

Ingredients
400 g Haldiram frozen samosas (about 8), straight from the freezer
Green chutney or tamarind chutney, to serve (optional)
Sliced onion, to serve (optional)
Oil spray
Steps
Take the samosas straight from frozen - Haldiram's crust runs thicker than a cocktail samosa, so don't thaw it first or the pastry turns soggy before the air fryer can crisp it.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes.
Spray generously with oil - the thick pastry needs a proper coating to brown evenly.
Arrange in a single layer with space between each samosa.
Air fry for 8 minutes, then turn each one over.
Air fry a further 4 minutes (about 12 minutes total), checking one is piping hot in the centre before pulling the rest - this brand's thicker crust means a cold centre is the main way these go wrong.
If the centre's still cool, give them another 2 minutes rather than raising the heat, which will burn the crust before the inside catches up.
Rest for 2 minutes, then serve with chutney and sliced onion.
Tip: Haldiram samosas run thicker and denser than most other frozen brands, so if a recipe's times look short, it's probably written for a thinner brand, not this one.
