Air fry garlic herb lamb chops at 200°C (392°F) for 11 minutes.
Lamb chops feel like a special-occasion dinner but this is genuinely a weeknight recipe — under 15 minutes of actual cooking gets you a seared, garlicky crust with a rosy center. Good for when you want something that reads as restaurant food but doesn't ask for restaurant effort.

Ingredients
6 lamb chops
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp rosemary or mixed herbs (optional)
½ tsp cumin (optional)
½ lemon, to finish (optional)
1 tbsp oil, salt, pepper
Steps
Pat the lamb chops dry, then rub them all over with oil, crushed garlic, herbs, cumin, salt and pepper.
Let them rest for 15 minutes so the salt has time to season the meat rather than just sitting on the surface.
Preheat the air fryer and arrange the chops in a single layer, without touching.
Air fry at 200°C for 6 minutes.
Flip the chops and air fry another 5 minutes (11 minutes total) for medium.
Look for a deep golden crust on both sides and a firm-but-yielding feel when you press the centre with tongs.
If you prefer them well done, give them an extra 2-3 minutes, watching that the crust doesn't catch.
Rest the chops for 3 minutes off the heat so the juices settle back into the meat.
Finish with a squeeze of lemon just before serving to cut through the richness.
Tip: Add 2–3 min for well done. Trim thick fat so it doesn’t smoke.

Serving & Storage
Serving: Serve with mashed potatoes or grilled vegetables and a spoon of mint yogurt on the side.
Storage: Refrigerate for up to 2 days and reheat gently in the air fryer at 160°C for a few minutes; lamb chops are best eaten fresh, since a full reheat pushes them past medium.
