Air fry trader joe's scallion pancakes at 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes.
Don't skip the oil spray thinking it's healthier without it - it's the thin layer of fat that lets the outside blister and crisp rather than just drying out.

Ingredients
2 Trader Joe's frozen scallion pancakes, straight from the freezer
Soy dipping sauce, to serve (optional)
Chilli oil, to serve (optional)
Oil spray
Steps
Take the pancakes straight from frozen - thawing first lets the layers fuse into a dense, gummy disc instead of staying flaky.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
Spray both sides lightly with oil - this is what gives the blistered, golden crust without deep frying.
Lay flat in the basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 5 minutes, then flip carefully with a spatula.
Air fry a further 4-5 minutes (about 10 minutes total) until deeply golden and blistered on both sides, with the centre no longer doughy.
Cut into wedges and serve hot with soy dipping sauce or chilli oil.
Tip: Don't skip the oil spray thinking it's healthier without it - it's the thin layer of fat that lets the outside blister and crisp rather than just drying out.
