Air fry frozen aloo paratha at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes.
Press the centre of the paratha gently with a spatula halfway through - if it still feels soft and cool rather than firm, give it another minute or two rather than turning up the heat.

Ingredients
2 frozen aloo (potato) parathas, straight from the freezer
Butter, to serve
Plain yogurt, to serve (optional)
Pickle, to serve (optional)
Oil spray
Steps
Take the parathas straight from frozen - no need to thaw, and thawing first can make the layers stick together and tear when separated.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes.
Spray both sides of each paratha lightly with oil, working it into the layered edges.
Lay the parathas flat in the basket in a single layer, not overlapping.
Air fry for 5 minutes, then flip each one over.
Air fry a further 4-5 minutes (about 10 minutes total) until golden brown with crisp edges and no doughy patches in the centre when you press it.
Spread with butter while hot and serve with yogurt and pickle.
Tip: Press the centre of the paratha gently with a spatula halfway through - if it still feels soft and cool rather than firm, give it another minute or two rather than turning up the heat.
