Air fry frozen paneer tikka at 200°C (392°F) for 12 minutes.
Frozen paneer straight into a hot air fryer is what keeps it from turning chewy - going in cold and dense cooks faster on the outside than the paneer can dry out on the inside.

Ingredients
350 g frozen marinated paneer tikka (about 20 cubes), straight from the freezer
1 capsicum, in chunks, if included in your pack (optional)
1 onion, in chunks, if included in your pack (optional)
A pinch of chaat masala, to finish (optional)
Oil spray
Steps
Take the paneer tikka straight from frozen - thawing it first makes the marinade run off and the paneer turns rubbery.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
Spray lightly with oil and arrange in a single layer, threading onto skewers first if yours came with vegetables.
Air fry for 6 minutes, then turn everything over.
Air fry a further 5-6 minutes (12 minutes total) until charred at the edges and hot through.
Rest for a minute - paneer firms up slightly as it cools and is less likely to break apart.
Finish with a pinch of chaat masala and serve hot.
