Air fry frozen lahmacun at 200°C (392°F) for 8 minutes.
Lahmacun is thin, so it goes from perfectly crisp to burnt at the edges fast in the last minute - check at the 7-minute mark rather than waiting for the timer.

Ingredients
2 frozen lahmacun (Turkish meat flatbread), straight from the freezer
Garlic yogurt, to serve (optional)
Lemon wedges, to serve (optional)
Chopped parsley, to serve (optional)
Oil spray
Steps
Take the lahmacun straight from frozen - thawing first makes the thin base go limp instead of crisping at the edges.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
Lightly spray the underside with oil so it crisps rather than just drying out.
Lay it flat in the basket, trimming the edges slightly with scissors first if it's too large to sit flat.
Air fry for 4 minutes, then check the edges are starting to crisp.
Air fry a further 3-4 minutes (about 8 minutes total) until the edges are deep golden and the meat topping is cooked through and lightly charred in spots.
Squeeze over lemon juice, roll or fold it, and serve with garlic yogurt and parsley.
Tip: Lahmacun is thin, so it goes from perfectly crisp to burnt at the edges fast in the last minute - check at the 7-minute mark rather than waiting for the timer.
