Air Fryer Frozen Soup Dumplings
Recipe by Sahil · Reviewed and updated September 2026
Air fry frozen soup dumplings at 190°C (374°F) for 10 minutes.
A little broth may leak onto the parchment as these cook from frozen - that's normal, not a sign they're undercooked.

Ingredients
- 300 g frozen soup dumplings (about 10-12), straight from the freezer
- Soy and vinegar dipping sauce, to serve (optional)
- Julienned ginger, to serve (optional)
- Oil spray
Steps
- Take the dumplings straight from frozen - don't thaw, or the thin wrapper can split and the broth inside leaks out before cooking.
- Preheat the air fryer to 190°C for 3 minutes.
- Line the basket with parchment or spray it well, then spray the dumplings lightly with oil on top.
- Arrange in a single layer, not touching.
- Air fry for 6 minutes.
- Air fry a further 3-4 minutes (about 10 minutes total) until the base is golden and set and the tops are lightly browned.
- Let them rest for 2 minutes before eating - the broth inside is very hot straight out of the fryer.
- Serve with a soy and vinegar dip and julienned ginger.
Tip: A little broth may leak onto the parchment as these cook from frozen - that's normal, not a sign they're undercooked.
