Air fry trader joe's spanakopita at 180°C (356°F) for 14 minutes.
Phyllo browns much faster than puff pastry, so check at the 12-minute mark - by the time puff pastry would just be starting to colour, phyllo can already be done.

Ingredients
4 Trader Joe's frozen spanakopita triangles, straight from the freezer
Yogurt or tzatziki, to serve (optional)
Oil spray
Steps
Take the spanakopita straight from frozen - thawing first makes the delicate phyllo layers go soft and stick together.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes.
Spray both sides very lightly with oil - phyllo is thin and burns fast if oversprayed.
Arrange in a single layer with space between each triangle.
Air fry for 7 minutes, then turn each one over carefully - the layers are delicate, so use a flat spatula rather than tongs.
Air fry a further 6-7 minutes (about 14 minutes total) until deeply golden and crisp, with the filling piping hot in the centre.
Rest for a minute before serving with yogurt or tzatziki.
Tip: Phyllo browns much faster than puff pastry, so check at the 12-minute mark - by the time puff pastry would just be starting to colour, phyllo can already be done.
